About Me

Louisa Kierman
Since I can remember, I have always been an animal lover, In fact, I could never, and still cannot to this very day, walk past a cute and furry creature without saying hello! I grew up with a rescue dog Laddie, a Shetland Collie, who captured my heart and ignited my passion for the animal kingdom.
I owned various small pets and cats into adulthood, and was also an avid horse rider, working at stables throughout the weekends and holidays in turn for riding lessons and to compete in local shows.
Fast forward to grown up life where for over a decade, I worked onboard luxury cruise ships and a yacht, traveling the world. Naturally this meant that I couldn’t own or work with my beloved animals but it still didn’t stop me from finding them in every port I visited, and I am sure the captain started worrying about what may have followed me back to the ship each time I went ashore!
My calling came at last when I dropped anchor in Hertfordshire and began volunteering with the Borrow My Doggy scheme, gaining experience walking various breeds within the glorious Hertfordshire countryside! It felt the right path to take so I began studying at the College of Animal Welfare, to name but a few establishments, earning City & Guilds and OCN certificates in levels 2 & 3 Dog Grooming, CPD Diploma in Pet Sitting & Dog Walking, a Professional Dog Walking Certificate from the British College of Canine Studies and most recently, Canine 1st Aid.
I relocated to Shropshire in January 2021, building a successful dog walking and pet sitting business over the years before moving to stunning Anglesey, where I now live with my partner, step-daughter and our gorgeous fur baby, Neli the cockapoo! I am ready and waiting to provide companionship, cuddles, love and adventures for your four-legged friends! Also.......We have expanded!!....
I'm proud to announce the launch of our new Dog Friendly Holiday Accomodation, on the beautiful island of Anglesey! Click on the link at the top of the page for more information! :)
